For crying out loud ! It's December 31st ! A friend of a friend, is complaining non stop on the phone about how miserable she feels and if I was in a good mood before that phonecall, I need a drink right now ! This person has everything to be happy but made the choice not to share any of it, and is constantly complaining ! Wtf ??

such is life...we all have stuff to complain about
but as a friend of mine tells me change what you can(ur attitude etc, and hope for the best)
my life sucks to but i plan to turn a new leaf nxt yr and hopefully changing myself will help a little

Some people enjoy complaining about their negative feelings because it gives them a way to channel out how they feel onto others therefore relieving themselves of their burdens. If you do not wish to listen to her because you are angry at the way she complains about insignificant things tell her that it bothers you.
