Absolutely. Probably Ryan, I can't think of anybody else that would want to coach that bunch of thugs.

Yes. It was evident during the Patriots game that he lost that team. In his defense, they do have a whole lot of thugs on that team who want to do their own thing, but he lost that team. Plus, he can never settle on one quarterback to lead that team.

yes,his players no longer respect him.he made several elementary mistakes this season that should cost him his job,and after they did win the superbowl, billick was more interested in pushing his book than his team, they should have fired his *** back then.

i think this one comes down to the players. they feel like billick has lost them, and they are saying he can't get them back. billick is a good coach, but this team has alot of ego's and talents that are clashing. this is the best worst team in the nfl because of all their big heads. As for who will coach them, its so hard to have a front runner right now. I think Billick will go to another team, and take his whole staff with him. Good luck Billick. Who knows, Mike Martz is going to be available, maybe the offensive genius could do some good there.
*****Edited after original posting*****
Screw Mike Martz. I like the other guys answer. Bring Marty Ball to Baltimore
