If all three families are not close to each other, add Easter to your holiday list- then you have three major holidays, one for each.

If you have the space you can also invite them all over to your house.

We choose a different day to celebrate the holidays so we don't have to run the roads. For example, we celebrate Christmas on New Year's Day with my brother and wife so they don't have to travel all day. Plus we get quality time.

My family does something like this:

Thanksgiving with one, have late Thanksgivings with others.

Same with Christmas parties.

There's actually (1) Thanksgiving, (2) Christmas Eve and (3) Christmas Day.

You shouldn't write anything in stone - every year something will change and you'll adjust - but why not say 1 place for Thanksgiving, another for Christmas Eve and the third family gets Christmas Day?

Or - have a holiday at your house and let 2 of the 3 families come, leaving Christmas Eve for yourself and Christmas Day for the 3rd family.

Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. One with each.
