I keep thinking that I don't want to go through another year.
I fear its going to be horrible. I've always been afraid of change. Is that it?
Should I get help about what I'm thinking?

We all tend to worry about what's coming up as we simply don't know, but if you think about it nothing actually changes. It's simply a number that's different, but I doubt the birds in the trees or the grass in the fields really cares. Plus it's only our New Year - the Chinese have it at a different time.

Spring will be along in the not too distant future anyway so don't stress and go have a party so you can forget about it all....the world should still be here tomorrow morning.

Was it the same way when U were entering last year? And how did that go?
I think it's because ur thinking too much about what's to come during this year. All U have to do is enjoy each day, even if some days are not what U hope for, find the best in each things.
Hey, look to the better side some changes are good and this is probably one of them. Just wait and see.

There are vitamin deficiencys that cause that exact feeling. Try a multi-vitamin for a week or two, see what happens. Can't hurt.
