I was born in Texas but dont live there anymore. I was raised in a completely diff state and live in a completely diff state. It sucks saying I was born there cause ive been there and its heck

where your born is part of u and if u say ure ashmed of that then ur ashamed of that little part of u. (in my opinion) I was born in Columbia, SC and im not ashamed. sometims i tell ppl i was born in other places as a joke but that doesnt mean im ashamed.

I was born, raised, and still live in the great state of Oklahoma
and I see no reason to feel shame just because others might be biased against or hold some grudge or stereotypes about people from Oklahoma
if you are ashamed of your home state then you need to look at why you feel that way chances are its because of the misguided opinions of others

i was born and raised and still live in sunny california. im proud of it and wouldnt want to be anywhere else. dont be ashamed of texas. ive been there many times to visit family and i love texas. its awesome, depending which part of texas your in. if i wasnt living in california texas would be the place :)
