You need to insert that little blue rod that came with your computer, you do still have that don't you? Impossible to replace you know.
Anyway flip your computer over and stick it into that hole with a blue circle around it....you may need a magnifying glass as it's kinda small hole. Ok once you have done that leave it in there and run as fast as you can towards a wall. Don't stop.
Once the stars, or birdies have disappeared return to your computer and take out the blue rod, flip over computer, and reboot....
Voila....Artificial intelligence is now turned off.

You didnt mention the kindof computer you have (linux? mac? windows? vista?) so Im guessing you are using WinXP? There is actually some products of artificial intelligence in your computer but it would be called "user friendly features". Things like auto-updaters, software installers, security software, virus scanners, firewalls are versions of AI. So it language recognition or voice commands if you have them turned on. Anything in the computer that makes the best decision for you instead of asking you lots of confusing questions.
So if you wanted to turn off the "AI" in your computer then the best bet would be to swtich to more powerful but less friendly computer systems. Listed from most AI to least AI I would probably say
Vista --- the most
Mac
Windows XP
Linux
Unix
OS/2 -- probably the least AI
Of course it means that you would have do all of those things manually by making your own decisions. But that is your choice.

Artificial intelligence is part of the motherboard and CPU.
Artificial Intelligence of the motherboard and CPU can be turned off by dabbling inside the BIOS, but if you mess something up, you might as well as throw the computer away.
I'm not being mean, but the way you phrased your question shows that you have no clue of what you are speaking of, so if I were you I would stay away from manipulating the computer beyond a normal user.

Are you posting from the future or something?
Artificial intelligence on home computers is probably a few years out. Maybe you should clarify what you are talking about.

You don't have it, so you can't turn it off.
