If one of you is married then leave it alone. If both of you are single just go for it!!!

Your "partner" you mean your domestic partner who works with you? Or a partner who is part of your company?

If the former, just say it.

If the latter, best that you have no romantic involvement with anyone at work. It gets rather messy when it is over.... the entire office knows about all of it.
