They lost to the worst team in the league this year.
Players have no respect for him.
He was known as an offensive minded coach, yet they have not had an offense in ages.
They had lots of bad years under him.

Because Billick has WASTED an awesome defense for all these years. You know how many superbowls they could have won had he not made so many poor decisions at quarterback and on offense.

They have little patience I like the Ravens since they're in my area and I'm sad to say I think the days of them bein good are over they are on the decline this year was no fluke
