Here are some that I've noticed:
1) In The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker, One of the major characters is a tree. The Celts (Druids) worshiped trees.
2) In "Twilight Princess" you turn into a "sacred beast". The druids also believed in sacred beasts.

I'm sure some if it has been inspired by Celtic and Gaelic lore... And probably Japanese and Chinese lore as well.

Yes, I am of Celtic background. But however Zelda may not be a celtic name doesn't mean the games are not based on Celtic orgins.

yes they made a video game to tell the ancient tale of the celts, you must be the chosen one having figured it out

"The Legend of Zelda" may draw from Celtic mythology and folklore, but "Zelda" is definitely not a Celtic name!
