just move on, your relationship won't be the same, however just try to improve by doing postive things.

He probably just got a new girlffriend to make you jealous.
He couldn't get over you that fast, did you get over him that fast or would you want to make him jealous? He probably feels the same way.

No, hate means you still care. Indifference means you don't. Hate takes things out of you...move on.

No it is not okay to hate anyone. You are the one who is feeling miserable when doing this. It isn't hurting him or his girlfriend so move on with your life.
