Probably the same way they focus more on foreign aid than on helping the people locally. I may have to go to Iraq just to get medical treatment.

They will do the same thing as other politicians did. They can't change the society as a whole rather will do what people likes. As they know if go beyond/ negate or put barriers against people sentiment they will be killed or will face a serious threat from the masses so better to let the masses flow in the same pattern as they were. It will be better in perspective of freedom, liberty and wisdom of the nation.See the history of the last 30 years there is no change every coming president doing the same thing and has the same perception to run the govt, no distinctive changes and any modification in internal and external policies. So over all there will be no noticeable step from conservative. They can't change the fate of Americans. The existing policy even will not be amended rather will be more liberal.

Unfortunately we can't get cheated out of something that we don't "pay for" and technically though we may pay taxes, we do not at this time "pay" for health care. We may as a nation have a need for a national health care system, but we do not at this time have a law guaranteeing it, or a system set in place.

That's impossible because, in case you haven't noticed, we don't have health care to be cheated out of!

there is no health care to be cheated out of. If a Democrat is elected he/she will likely establish a health care system. If a Republican is elected they will do anything possible to keep the status quo

We can't afford a conservative... not for awhile.
If another "conservative" is elected - you will see the biggest bungled mess on the planet and the office of the President will get 0 support from the citizens.
How many people could honestly vote Republican this year?
If the republicans are at all correct when they claim to be the only ones in the military then that means that THOUSANDS of them have been killed and won't be able to vote.

How are politicians cheating you out of health care? You are not denied health care. If you have a problem with your health care insurance you need to take this to where it will do you the most good. The insurance commission.

Higher deductibles, less coverage
But not because he would be conservative because he would not recognize and act on the issue that the insurance and pharmaceutical companies are bleeding us dry.
Now with a liberal as President you might expect health care but you will be dead by the time you get through the red tape to even see a doctor.

I used to be all for nationalized healthcare. Then I began to understand the times that we currently live in and I am now afraid of government. Especially my own. For every benefit this government gives it's people, it takes two freedoms away from it's people.
Forget Democrat or Republican. I don't trust this government anymore.
