You could go to the Kia parts department and get their parts price. You could get one from a junk yard.

Like I have told many people on this forum before when you buy a foreign car be prepared to get soaked and joked for repair parts.....more than likely Autozone,. pep boys, NAPA, etc. will not have this part......first call several junk yards....maybe that part was interchangeable with other KIAs from that time period....more than likely I would say...why would you redesign an overflow bottle anyhow???? stay away from dealers like the plague...they will rip you off blind.....by the way since they are heavy plastic how were they going to fix it anyhow??? Call a bunch of junkyards, be patient and you will find it....ask the junkyards if the bottles they have are interchangeable with other KIA models.....

check out a junkyard or use some sand paper, clean up the crack a bit and add some JB Weld to it. its a great temporary fix.

Call a salvage yard or Automotive recycler. Some times you
can fix it with a soldering iron. Take it off and wash it out , then run a hot solder iron down the crack and melt it together
I have used a clear plastic coffee can lid to add more plastic to the crack. If its not clean you can't fix it.

Well, her 1st mistake was to buy a Korean vehicle. They always have been & shall forever be crap. I don't know why people buy those things. Anyway, a coolant overflow tank is just about always a dealer item. You can look around, but I doubt you'll get lucky. It's just a specialty part that stores won't carry. Places like Auto Zone & Pep Boys are good for buying parts that wear out (brakes/belts/oils etc...). I just did an old 87 Mustang overflow tank & we had to order it thru the dealer. It was a pain in the butt I tell ya.
