How come all incense smells the same....like burning paper...no matter the scent?

Make sure you keep you incense in it's package. Out in the open the fragrance does evaporate and you're just left with that burning paper smell. Also, keep different scents separate. Mixing them together just melds all the scents together into one nasty one.

Must be you. Even cheap incense I have bought smells like what the package states. Hopefully, you are lighting it and then blowing out the flame.
