The field is wide open. It will depend on whether or not the election is stolen again is my hunch.

It will be easier to make a guess after the first couple of primaries. The polls have been all over the board and contradictory. Maybe Harold Stassen?

(If you don't know who Harold Stassen was, please don't vote).

The candidate with the least need to exercise control through public policies, regardless of what they are. The one that makes services available (if that is their goal), while insuring adequate elimination of government from decision making processes.

There's no removing opinion from this answer, even if you have been reading all you could get your hands on about all the candidates for the last year.

I think the best answer to this is the question "Who has categorically disqualified themselves by virtue of their record?" Fred Thompson tops that list, having lobbied for the former leader of Haiti who often chuckled that he loved the stench of human flesh burning in the morning. The record on Thompson's lobbying is fact, not opinion.

So any one of the candidates -- but Thompson -- has the human worth to lead the nation.

John Edwards because he knows what needs to be done. He keeps coming back because he has the "fire in the belly" that America needs to end this corporate control.
