I doubt it, nowadays there are so many paparazzis that they not only have one picture, but hundreds and the prixe goes down if there are a lot of pictures. Your picture has to be one that is rare and of an important celebrity. I don't think one of a celebrity exiting a club would cost $10,000. Way too much.
