say i had sex and got pregnant right before my next period. would i still get my period before it stops completely?

Normally a woman ovulates 14 days before the start of her next period. So what you are asking is not possible...you wouldn't get pregnant right before your next period. I did know a friend who said she got pregnant all during her cycle with 2 sets of twins and 4 others. Biologically that doesn't seem possible.

You could have your period and still be pregnant.
So it may not stop. You may get it for a few more months or you could have it the entire time of your pregnancy. It is rare but it DOES happen.

Lack of period is the first sign.
It sounds like you had sex and the next day got your period, in that case NOT PG.

You might get a lighter version of your period. Some people get fooled thinking they had a period but are actually pregnant. Everyone is different...
