Estrella is more correct in that Sadat was assasinated while attending a military parade--The assassins attacked using small arms and grenades while rushing the parade stands.
He was killed by the ISLAMIC BROTHERHOOD ---which is what ZAWAHIRI was part of before he became OBLs right hand man. Zawahiri is probably the person with his hand in this. OBL has always been just a figure head of Alqueda anyway.
This is probably their type of attacks for the future considering it's success.
Until some other proof is offered. I will go with that.

it is really hard to conclude with anything because the attack could've indeed been from Al-Qaida, or an opposition party. The way the attack was carried out, I would say they were from Al-Qaida, but as far as that goes I've heard rumors it may be one of her relatives. Al-Qaida could've done this to stop so much power in a woman's hands, and you know islamic extremism is just that corrupt. Overall my best conclusion, excluding the rumors of government blame, it was indeed a terrorist organization.

I think those people in that part of the world kill each other everyday for all kinds of reasons- and I will not even attempt to speculate at who is responsible for that woman's death.

I think you are right on this one, i believe it was an inside job staged by her husband to rid himself of her and get to take over until his son is old enough to run the party, Hillary Clinton would do well to pay attention because Bill might take this plan to heart.
