I would think at least 50,and i would drain all my water pipes,& water heater,& shut water off at the main inlet in your house. Open all cabnet doors with water lines in them.Have someone check on it at times too.

Do not turn everything off; set thermostat to 50 degrees so pipes don't freeze and enjoy your trip!

You don't want the pipes to freeze, which happened to my grandparents once when they were wintering in AZ. I would do 65-68.

I think you should just turn the whole thing off, or if so leave on a mild temperature like 50 degrees. Also, try and unplug as much as you can. It might be safe to leave the radio on a little too. Anyway, probably 50 is a good temperature.
