The whole Donald Trump and Rosie O' Donald ordeal.

but what he says is what leads me to believe that celebs are just like us.

I don't think I had a favorite. Ya know, seems like if anything, I am sick of hearing about celebrities. It seems like the tabloids do nothing but show them as alcoholics, drug addicts, drunk drivers, bad parents, or some other thing they can put them on the front page for in the name of airing their dirty laundry. I understand this is what makes the tabloids sell, but I for one never spend even a penny on that trash!
For this year, I'd really like to read about GOOD things that celebrities do! Surely there are some? And I'm not just talking about charity work. The only thing that all the trash about them does is make me lose respect for them and feel sorry for them that they seem to have no respect for themselves where they feel it's OK to drink to excess, do drugs or whatever. And these are role models??
I miss the days of the REAL glamour and grace of celebrities. Everything these days is all fake and a side helping of bad behavior.
As for your question, it wasn't my "favorite" but the one story that I remember most is that of Anna Nicole's death. Very sad. But again, all her dirty laundry was aired as well even after her death.
