Phoenix is probably cheaper b/c you can live on the outskirts of it and still be close. There are nicer places to live on the outskirts of Phoenix.
Been to Orlando, it's more expensive in everything.

Phoenix is def cheaper to live in. Depending on where you are from if you will be able to handle our summers. On the other hand Orlando is humid. lol Good luck!
