Faux-hawk, polo shirt, Dockers decorated with emo buttons, and an I Voted For Kodos hoodie! Put Peta stickers all over your locker and notebooks. Load your Ipod with Screeching Weasel, the Ramones, Mr. T Experience, Guttermouth, & Lagwagon. That should give you good balance between the two styles.
P.S. "Real" punk is dead.

go with the Pink look but the spikey hair kinda Idont give a **** look but also conservatively dressed not gothic

A good combination for this 'look' is to wear a white, collared blouse under a vest of any color -- preferably black, or a checkered one, if you like.
Match this with skinny jeans and chucks, and you're ready to go. :P

well, i know a great look for that is the school girl look. like a white shirt, with the sleeves rolled up and messy, with a sweater vest. then a short pleated skirt and knee-high socks. then you can add all sorts of punk accessories!

either your punk or your preppy or a mix of both naturally. If your trying to be punk but your a prep the punks will see right though that.

hang out with preppy but act punk
lots of black clothes but fashionabe
black eyeliner lots of it
lots of black eyeshadow change it up sometimes
make your hair shoulder length and wear it down parted on the side with the bangs hanging down in the face

Punk is an attitude and way of life, Not a style you through together, its about rebelion and making change. at 13 i think you may be to young to have anything to rebel against.
