Yes. Employers don't normally have "disability leave". They may offer a disability payment, however the leave is granted because of FMLA. See http://www.dol.gov/dol/allcfr/ESA/Title_29/Part_825/toc.htm for the law.

your job sucks, its a regulation for maternity go away. U shouldnt could use your ill time... you ought to use short term incapacity and this is going to likely be categorized as maternity go away dont use what you have amassed!!! communicate on your human source dept
