where can i find balloon's that have glitter or something else in them???
becuz my sister is getting married and she wants a balloon that pops and glitter or something else falls on her and her husband for the first dance.

Either make it yourself or go to a Hallmark shop, if they don't have them, they'll know where you can get them.

You can make it yourself. Pour in glitter before blowing it up. Or after you've blown it up a tiny amount. Be sure not to inhale it.
