1. Learn to read proficiently. Practice reading aloud.
2. Listen to yourself read on a recording if possible. This helps you to improve your voice.
3. How does what you read make you feel? How do you think someone listening to you feels hearing it? Did you modulate your voice well?Try talking in other voices.
4. Act in as many things as you can at school or in amateur theater.
5. Take some acting classes. be patient, not everyone will be as good as you are.

Watch many old American movies...1930s to 1960s. Notice the expressions, gestures, etc used by the greats...Humphrey Bogart, William Powell, Myrna Loy, Greta Garbo, etc. More recently look at TV shows from England. Study: Judi Dentch, Hugh Laurie, Stephen Fry, John Thaw, and others. Mimic such, and modify their roles to be your own interpretation, too. Keep saving money. When you are older, attend acting school...in England, or Australia, if possible. Until then, act at home, and at school, and in church, etc.

The best thing you can do it improve is to keep acting, be in as many plays as you can. In most larger cities there are youth theatre groups that you could join, have you looked for one of those?
