Just leave before you sober up! you will still think that you pulled a hot chick.

No, because your own gender works against you. It is actually men who are a hindrance to other men being able file a complaint about such things. If you even report it, it will be a man who laughs at you, and then makes light of the situation. Even in domestic abuse scenarios the male cops are not gonna take an assault on you as serious as they would an assault on a woman.

Was she buying the drinks?

If she was sober, hell yes.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure she wasn't. Unless she was one of those really strange women who like sloppy drunk men. Sue the heck outta her!

In a world where are equalitty among sexes yes. But in our feminist world, sadly no. I mean, you could pursue legal action, but probably judges would not take it seriously.

Hey, Hopscotch!

"To quote feminist Marilyn French: "All men are rapists and that's all that they are.""

Marilyn French did not say this. A character in a book French wrote said this after her teenage daughter had been violently raped and was badly mistreated by the justice system. In no way does that mean that French herself believes this. If you're going to argue that, you may as well call William Shakespeare an incestuous murderer.

I'm just tired of anti-feminists misquoting that to their own ends.

Oh, and women ARE prosecuted with statutory rape. There were two recent cases in New York and one in Washington State of which I'm aware.

Wouldn't it just be GRAND if she's pregnant now and sues you for child support! And I can guarantee that she'll win.

Absolutely not.

To quote feminist Marilyn French: "All men are rapists and that's all that they are."

That's good enough for me.

It didn't say "all women are rapists" because we all know that would be completely sexist & disgusting.

No, women can't and wouldn't rape ever.

...Even when the definition of rape is expanded to include consensual sex later regretted, the females will never have to worry.

When female teachers have sex with their male students, their punishments (if there are any) will be far less than those of men. Their behavior will be explained away by looking at what emotional state led them to their crime.

It's not statutory rape when women do it.

It just isn't.

So please don't try to apply the laws equally. Our legal system won't, so why should you?

No. Just put it down as one of life's lessons and leave it at that.
