Finding a vector given two others?

Given two vectors and an angle between them greater than 25deg, find the vector between them that is at a 25 degree angle from the first given vector.

Weighted average of the two vectors. a * A-vector + b * B-vector = C-vector. To make sure that the angle between A-vector and C-vector is 25 deg, take the dot-product and solve for a and b.
