Between playing poorly and being injured, he hasn't had the best of seasons.

Wait he needed the Madden Cover Curse to be this bad? Didn't he perform the same last year? Let his other teammates make up for his mistakes in which he throws 10 INTs and fumbles the ball 9 times in the same game?

It's his poor play that has hurt him not being on the Madden cover. Teams have figured out how to stop his running and forced him into passing and he's not a good passer. Thus his 9 td's and 17 int's.

The Madden cover jinx is a joke.

no the fact that they dont have any WR that are worth a ****, i cant count the number of picks that came of tips, or how many balls have been dropped. not to mention a lack of a consistant running game

Ya Vince Young really sucks dude. He just led the Titans to the playoffs in the best division for the first time since 2003. He hardley has any good players around him and they still went 10-6.

I think the Madden curse is over.

either that or he has acquired the McNabb disease. The symptoms include, but are not limited to, suddenly getting an injury everytime you are playing poorly.

its not the jinx but his lack of passing ability that is haunting young. also "the best of seasons" its his second year.

His QB rating is up 10 points from last season, he missed only one game, and he has his team in the playoffs.

Young is never going to be a big-numbers guy, especially on a team that stresses the run as much as the Titans. I think he's had a decent year - especially for a young QB - and I don't think he could be labeled a jinx victim.
