I don't know what CS is.

You shouldn't put your personal information on the internet.

If you're serious, you should talk to a financial adviser about rolling it over into a Roth IRA. You'll have to pay taxes on the money right now, but anything you earn from now until retirement on it will be tax-free.

Funds in a Roth IRA are more easily available to you for more things, should you need them, because the taxes have already been paid on the contributions.

You can roll it to an IRA and then, if you want, to a ROTH.

I am assuming you mean Charles Schwab, when you mentioned CS. You need to be the one to contact them!
Go online and find their customer service number. They are an awesome online discount broker. They will do all the paperwork for you and they have over 4000 funds to select from. You would be essentially rolling your 401k into an IRA, as they are the same exact thing. 401k is simply a tax code for you and your employer.

hope this helped.
