Depending on the amounts present, they may or may not have an effect on the body. Normally these agents are present in small enough quantitites, that they are harmless.

Avoid herbal pills. There is no quality control on them. There is no way of knowing whether they contain the stated ingredients, and in the case of herbs, there can be a lot of variation in the amounts of active material even when the ingredients are as stated. They can be dangerous.

Many people imagine that if something is natural, that makes it safer. This is simply not true, and very often plants manufacture poisons to protect themselves from predators.

Any substance (even water and oxygen) can be harmful in large enough quantities. It just depends on how much dosage and how fast.

A good balanced diet will provide all the above compounds/chemicals!!!
So I wouldn't bother with purchasing these chemicals(herbal high pills) - your wasting your money.!!!!

If they are sold over the counter then they should come with a leaflet telling you all you need to know about side effects etc and to avoid if you have certain conditions. As for the ingredients above, i have seen them in lots of other products.
