It's been a long time since I read this, but I'd ask:

1. Why this particular whale rather than any old whale?

2. Why did you throw your pipe overboard?

3. Why is capturing/killing the whale more important to him than helping find the crew of the Rachel? -- wait, that's no good. These questions would have to be asked before the voyage because afterwards, Ahab is dead.

That kind of puts a new light on the questions. Before the voyage, you wouldn't know much about what happened. After the voyage, you couldn't ask Ahab anything. Perhaps I'm not reading your question correctly or you didn't state it clearly. But I think the first one is a valid question.

Which two do you already have? Wouldn't want to duplicate your work.

why did the whale deserve to die?
Who was your favorite shipmate?
What action would you take back that you did?

that's all I can think of, sorry, but I hope I helped!
