Latitude,altitude,prevailing winds,nearness to sea area,Presence of snow or ice covering(poles),slope of the ground and nature of the soil are the factors that affect the temperature at a place.

I don't know how much I can help you but I saw that you had asked several times and had gotten no response...
So, of course, under the ground we have that hot liquid that helps heat us, so if there were a vent near your home, the land would be warmer. For example. I have a warm water spring near my home and the land around it is warmer than my other land. Of course sunlight helps warm the land and the longer we have warm days, the longer the earth stays warm, when there is cloud cover the warmth (or cool) cannot excape back into the universe...then there are the trade winds that carry warm air and the ocean's currents warm the land in certain areas, such as Europe. If the current did not come from the south to warm Europe, it would be as cold as Canada, which it is not, Canada gets cold water currents not warm water currents as Europe does....
