I have to wonder how that guy will live with himself knowing he killed four children and possibly more as the rest are critical. Families forever ruined.

They should make mandatory on all vehicles...those breathalizers that prevent the car from starting when you pass the limit. That would help. Though we shouldn't have to make a law to keep folks from killing others and themselves.

Usually because they are in denial. Alcoholism is a world wide challenge. and if we can keep one sober at a time it is worth the effort.
