this video was taped during 2004 (OIF II) and of course the surge has dropped violence to 2004 levels.

wow, pathetic answers - but not suprising - nothing about this video could possibly be considered propaganda unless you are brainwashed.

PBS? I don't think so. Plus, I don't get my news from TV or radio. I do my own research and put the pieces together. You are way off base.

I do not watch PBS, CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, etc because they have an anti-American slant. I have seen it too many times. I am tired of liberal news that only gives one side. I occasionally watch Fox.

There were two things that struck me immediately about these stories, the dedication of the soldiers to each other and the complete futility of their being in Iraq. I stopped watching after Babbit was killed, I couldn't bear to watch the senseless dying any longer. These people hate our being in Iraq as would I say if China were doing here what we are doing there. Our troops are no more protecting America by being in Iraq as our open borders are protecting us from any kind of terrorist walking right across. I'm sorry but I don't agree with republicans who think we're doing the right thing in Iraq, I see our kids being nothing more then targets trying to defend themselves from an unseen enemy who is everywhere. The stupidity of it all never ceases to amaze me. Man's ability to be our own worst enemy is astonishing and killing in the name of god is the lowest moral rung one can stand upon.

I don't have to watch it...I get my information from my Band of Brothers and Sisters who are in the Theater of Operations...and here's what they are saying....WE ARE WINNING!
EDIT: You give a thumbs down and I am telling what my friends, who are still in country are telling me...get off the liberal news reporting and get it from the source.

Do I ever watch the "Propaganda Bull Sh*t" network. No, not often. If I want to read propaganda I will study the stuff Joe Goebbels put out to remind me of what it looks like.
Obviously that is what "Liberals" have done.
I think the difference is, I believe in telling the truth and others believe in weaving a lie from tiny bits of truth.
Thank God for the truth.
From your propaganda article:
"You build a bond here, when you go through life-threatening things every day, when you spend all your time with the same group of people; you sleep with them, you eat with them, you clean with them, you cry with them," says Sergeant Shane Carpenter. "I mean, there's a bond between the men and women I work with out here that I've never felt with anyone else in my life."
The military in Iraq is composed of a 100% all volunteer force and I am glad for it.

Huh PD, my man...let's just say, hypothetically speaking of course, that PBS doesn't have a biased left wing agenda at tax payers expense, AND that they are fair and balanced (which we certainly know is not the case), the fact still remains that the particular "frontline" report you referenced was posted from Iraq in FEB 2005 ALMOST THREE YEARS AGO!!! Much has changed for the better in Iraq my friend. Nice try.

Thanks for the link. My cousin, Cpl. Harry Swain, was killed in Iraq. I still don't have the details. What did he die for? Most of those people don't understand the concept of personal and political freedom. Did he die for oil? It makes me really, really sad...
