My friend works at a fireworks store, he gets his fireworks for free/75 percent off. He basically owns the place so i think we are obligated to blowing some stuff up. Safely of course!

Just got back from the liquor store. Gonna get tanked with my girl and just stay at home and ...you know what! Happy New Year. Heck it's only 11:00 a.m.. Probably through some after (you know what) naps in there. We're gonna try for a New Year's climax. It's tradition.

Looks like we'll be staying home. I'd LOVE to go out, but my husband doesn't like to. However there aren't really any places to go in our freakishly little town in the middle of nowhere.

However... I'm gonna try to figure something out to do with my boy. He's 8... Maybe an evening full of board games, tickle fights, stories, movies and such... he's so much fun to hang out with!

Maybe if the local bowling alley is open, we'll go over there and spend a few bucks on some air hockey and video games. (Their bowling sucks - old style - you have to count your own points, and I hate that.)
