I'm thinking of buying a Wii, but have one question.
Let's say you're playing Wii Sports, specifically Boxing.

If you just barely move the Wiimote, will your Mii like swing with all his strength? Same for other games: is the motion of your Wiimote pretty identical to the motion of your game character?

Hope I was clear enough--thanks guys!

Wii sports is not the best made game, but one of the funnest games. IF you move your arm a little, then it will still punch the same way. Just as long as you move your body, the arms of the Mii will move too.

Most Wii games currently work off of a simple "If you move past X speed, perform this action", just like they are mimicing a button press.

Wii Sports Boxing steps a bit past this, with three levels of punch commands for light, medium, and strong punches.

Alright, just listen to this:

People around the world are really dumb enough to swing the wii remote soo hard, and let go, they end up hitting someone, or breaking their TV.

All wii games include the lightest swing ever. I have an experience, in boxing. Im a Pro. I just thrust both out lightly... all wii games are a LIGHT SWING!

Good luck! And relax, its all light swings.
