Which is worse?

Fingernails scaping across a chalkboard or picking up a newspaper with your hands wet?

I HATE picking up a whole newspaper with wet hands. It's horrible to me!

The newspaper.. I can just feel it sucking the moisture out of my body through my fingertips.. aaaarrrgh. I'm going to have nightmares. I have goosebumps on my cheeks !

Even tho' chalk boards are a thing of the past, that sound will remain with me forever...and it beats the wet hands, newspaper bit all to heck....My vote goes to the chalk boards..fingernails one..

Since we joined the19th century *ahem* and I now have a white board with dry erase markers, I'll have to go with the wet hands on the newspaper. The snow and rain moisture, when the carrier doesn't bag it, gives you cause for consternation, no?

I really HATE those fingernails scraping across that chalkboard. I won't even use chalk. But I will pick-up and read that Newsparer with my wet hands, dry them and read, cover to cover.
