I've read a few questions/answers on here, and 'fairy gothmother' seems popular for good corsets. I was wondering to what extent corsets drastically alter your shape though.
I'm an A-cup and want to know if corsets can increase your cleavage by a huge amount, or do you need bigger breasts to begin with?

a real corset WILL drastically change your shape, if its a real corset. a fake one will not. if you are small chested do not get an overbust corset, it will flatten you out more, get an underbust and the small waist will make the chest look bigger as well as the hips.

Im only an A-cup too and find that even wearing a strappless padded bra under a corset, just makes me look like ive got a bandage tied around me...that or Dr Frankenfirter from the rocky horror show!
HOWEVER i have found that a bonned bodice with with thick shoulder straps and a zip up the back pushes my boobs together so my chest fills the bodice and makes me look like i have some boobs and a cleaveage!
Try "wit and wisom" corsets :)

Corsets are intended to alter your shape, primarily to pull in the waist and possibly reshape your ribs. A corset won't give you more breasts but can create some cleavage. One thing I know some are doing is getting a custom overbust corset made with push up pads built in so that they pad you and push you up thus giving the look of bigger breasts. An underbust corset won't give you what you don't have so you would have to have a push up padded bra for that.

Corsets are more for 'pulling you in/streamlining your shape' what you could probably use more are 'chicken fillets' to put in your bra to give you some volume and cleavage. Also Gossard Wonderbra's are very good at cleavage enhancement.

ok well i have bigger breast but i do know that have crasy push up bras with paddin it will make yours a look like my d's
corsets do push em up but just by a nice push up bra one with padding on the bottom part of your breast..and you will be amazed by the change in them

i think you should probably have bigger breasts to begin with...otherwise it will look kind of awkward

just wear a push up bra with the corset! i am in loooove with corsets. they do amazing things!
