He had dark blond / light brown hair but dyed it all his life. Some say he thought it made him look more mature, some say he did it out of identification with his mother.

he aslo had his wife Priscilla dye her hair dark too

Elvis had dark-fair hair. He dyed it black after he started to get known and thats the way it stayed.

I'm not sure... because in some of his pictures when he was starting his hair looks kinda blond.... but in his more recent ones his hair is black.... I'm not sure.... but now I'm really confused

I heard that same rumor sometime after he died. I even saw a picture of him blond, somewhere. Does it matter to me? Not in the least...
