Check to see if your video cable is plugged into the video card tightly. If it is your vidoe card may have went bad.

I guess its making two beeps while starting. Make sure your monitor is plugged properly to the port. Usually a " power on self test " is triggered by the PC when it turns on. This test checks whether the monitor, keyboard etc are connected to the PC and if its a failure, it makes beep's. In your computer instruction manual , check for " beep pattern's". This might help :) Good luck.

Sounds like your monitor is not getting signal from you computer. May be a bad video card. If your video card is not integrated you can move it to another PCI slot. (if it's PCI) Either way try another video card. You can get a crap one for like 5 bucks off craigslist.org just to test.

The cable is not transmitting the video signal properly from the computer to the monitor. Make sure the cable is securely in the back of the computer and in the back of the monitor. If that does not work, the cable or your video card are bad.

The monitor is not correctly connected to the PC. Ensure all connections are properly done and then reboot the pc

Hi. This means you have either a loose video cable (check both ends) or a possible GPU problem.

if you ensured that your VGA cable is connected to your computer, then it sounds like your video card (display adapter) is shot....you should start troubleshooting by hooking the monitor to a different computer to see if you get a good display.
