I'm told that if I were to 'train' a slug to navigate a maze for food for example and then I were to liquidise that slug and feed it to another slug the second slug would know the route.
It's called chemical memory which I believe is real but I'm not sure if this 'fact' is. Anyone know?

There were claims a long time ago to do this with flatworms, but I regret that they rather fizzled out.
I will be keeping an eye on this question, in case anyone has more positive up-to-date information, but I'm not hopeful.
If I understand Dennis's references correctly, the present view is that chemicals facilitating memory in general may have been transferred, leading to an increase in learning, but that specific memories were not.

Yes, research is currently being done on this topic, and there apparently is some memory transfer that has been achieved in flatworms and salamanders.

You do understand that the guy who made the video on YouTube made the video up. only because of the fact they think of somebody stole somebody elses songs would not propose something. and a great type of songs use the ideal comparable chords, take Rap working example, all of it sounds the comparable. yet once you have thousands of artists in this worldwide, ultimately some thing is going to get copied. it is not even that plenty alike, that female spoke of two similarities that lasted for approximately 3 seconds. the start and one word replaced into copied. i think of you may have a sprint extra desirable than that to accuse somebody of stealing it.
