ok. im 13 and my friend is 12, im in 8th grade, and hes in 7th grade and were both straite , and i liek this girl, but ok. so i just met my best friend this year. and he has a condo at a ski place in maine. i was really happy that he invited me. so the first time i went up to his place, we slept in the same bed, because we had to, wearing our clothes, and i hugged him a lot.because im kind of depressed and he gave me something to look forward to . id hug him when we were in the same bed while we were lieing down and i put my head on his shoulder while holding onto him with both of my arms (rigjt arm under him, left arm over him) when we watched a movie and id put my arm around his shoulder..., and id be like..o thanks for inviting me, and id just hug him a lot and we did snuggle then,and we did tho on a couch, and wed lay down an id place my arms around his stomach rest my head on the side of his chest/stomachand relax but ive never had a friend before,being serious, and ive alwayz been a loner for my whole life, an i dont know how to be a friendor have a friend because id never had one before. but id hug him a lotand cuddle . and he started to call me gay because id hug him. and he accidently kissed my forehead when we were up there, so i kissed his his forehead because i felt bad and when i did, he'd start to laugh and giggle over it. but he'd call me gay, but i went over his house, and we were playing guitar hero, and he squeeezed my balls when he was talking to me out of nowhere...i had my pants and boxerbriefs over it, but it felt weird still....we've been together though in our boxer briefs before, through crew(rowing) and we're used to seeing eacother in our undies and in spandex (you row in spandex) so i didnt really care....we also showered together in DIFFERENT STALLS WEARING BATHING SUITS, and we only wore them becasue we were embarresed to get naked naked in front of eachother, but we'd always go to eachothers stalls and like, but soap on eachother,and like..talk and stay in eachothers stalls but i never saw his privates and he never saw my privastes

so basically.... i act gay just because i dont know how to be a friend....and is it gay to hug him and put my head on his shoulder and snuggle in the same bed...and kiss him after he kisses me accidently because i feel bad...and he did accidently..not purposely........so please help...and domt say stuff like that im gay..because i know im not..because i didnt like it when he touched my balls..at all..i felt violated...but remember that ive never been a friend ever a.and i luv the kiid as a friend, and i dont know how to be onetohugh , so please include maybe stuff involving what is ok..

dont wory about it hunni im sure itll all be ok!i thnk he was just messin about and i think h knows u were jus being a freind you are young so you both will hav frgotten about it by next week haha seriously just carry on being a friend but without the hugs mayb a slap on the shouldr would be better =]

okay, you are sending TOTALLY wrong messages here! You are very clingy and way WAY too touchy-feely-huggy with this guy. So if you are not gay, then stop doing this! If you are friends with a guy, you just hang out with them and talk and do guy things together - play games, do sports, watch tv. But fella, even if this were a GIRLFRIEND that you were DATING, that is way too clingy and huggy. If you are depressed, get professional help. Do NOT not not use your friend this way. You seem to have no social cues from your parents on how to have normal-friend-type relationships. Talk with your parents about what normal friends do!
