I went through this with my little boy when he had to see his Dad. unfortunately it was a court order that made him see him. I had a terrible solicitor who never did anything about him not turning up on several occasions. Anyway, have a word with your daughter, she is old enough to know what she wants. If its making her ill its time to see your solicitor again. sometimes kids try to please everyone, so say one thing to you & another to her dad. Just use ur instincts, ur her mum!

I'm not sure what state you are in or anything, but you could get in trouble for denying the child's parent rights. I would consult with a lawyer in your state.
