I think that it would be alright only if you trust her. Make sure you know everybody that is going. Give her a cell phone to bring with her and make sure she answers it. I think that you would feel wayy more comfortable going too and watching, but she would prolly be very very mad and feel like you don't trust her. Try and see the matter in her eyes. This thing is prolly very important to her. Don't forget, she is 13 and this is the age where sometimes, you just gotta let them go and have some fun. =]

If she has her cell phone, then it should be fine. I'm 13 and I've been to things like this. There will be security guards at least, so I think it'll be okay. Hope she has fun!

This question could fly a million ways. The real question to yourself is do I trust my child? If you do, never had problems with her before give her a chance. This will actually give her a chance to prove to you that she is becoming a responsible teenager who can be trusted. Are you taking her to the skating rink? We as parents try to hold on to our babies for as long as we can, but we have to remember they have to learn to fly on their on. Just remember though you were 13 once in a lifetime and those years and totally different from these years. I say give her a shot, she mess that up and back in the nest she goes.

I used to go to all night skates when I was 13 and there was always adults and security there. I would allow my child, but only if there were adequate supervision. If there "might" be one adult there, then no, she wouldn't be going.
