oh, everyone...everyone....has a purpose in life some ppl have "big" things and others maybe their purpose was to be kind to the stranger on the street...smile ect. If you follow your heart it will lead you to your purpose in life...suicide is Not the answer and there is No purpose to that...you don't want that to be your purpose in life...sorrow for your friends and family, a life time of whys...Please talk to someone you trust and if you don't feel like you have anyone Please call a prevention line...Life is so short and You are a very special part of this life, I'm sure of that! Please be safe...Hugs!!!

I'm an accident! No just kidding I don't know. I have self doubt but I know everyone has a purpose but you just find out what it is or what it was your suppose to be doing or going to be doing

No one is born by accident. When you were put on this earth, you had a purpose. You should not commit suicide, because then you wouldn't be able to fulfill what you were put here to do. You could use your life to help others. If you are going through a hard time, you should seek help, but you could also use your negative experiences to help others that are going through similar things. Don't give up.

The reality is that suicide is an option, and people disagree about if there's a purpose.
However, interestingly enoug, haveing a purpose does not equate to happiness nor doe it mean there is an ultimate purpose.
For example: A hammer was made to hammer, and the slave was bred to hammer. The purpose of the slaves creation was to hammer but this hardly changes his quality of life. If you feel life is not worth living and offers you no happiness haveing a prescribed purpose doesn't change anything.
Additionally, God was not created and for anything to have a purpose it musthave been designed so God then has no purpose so neither do we - his creation - have any ultimate purpose.

I definitely believe that we all have a purpose no matter how big or small. I believe we can do more than our purpose too. I'm sorry you are feeling so down. Pray to find your purpose, pray for peace and love, pray for hope. God answers all prayers. You will have to listen and expect your answers to be in different ways. God works in mysterious ways. He values you, you are his child. He wants the best for you. Pray, he will help you if you help yourself. On a further note....You should probably seek some counseling.

This is what I used to think.
Everyone has a purpose, whether it be to feed a poor man who is about to die, so he can live and go on to make a great discovery that will help people with cancer. You saving him was your purpose in life, so he could save many. I used to think everyone had a purpose no matter how small you think it is.
My views have changed a lot. I now believe no one has a purpose. We're just a bunch of people put on a planet to exist. Just live until you die.
