It came up on the NFL Today as a prediction for 2008.

I haven't really seen Pennington play all that much so I'm grateful for the info. I think I'd rather see Carson Palmer as a Viking.

Vikes have to do something. After watching Tavaris Jackson this year it is very obvious he is not an NFL caliber QB and probably never will be. I'm not so sure Pennington would be the answer though. I do fully expect the Vikes to be looking to sign a veteran QB somewhere this off season though.

Pennington has a noodle for an arm. I'm suprised he's still in the league.

Chad Pennington is terrible, so if he goes to the Vikes, I'm all for it. Go Pack!

Pennington would be better suited for a dome team...the winds in Giants Stadium can humble any QB, and one with a relative lack of arm strength (like Pennington) can really struggle. I think Tavaris Jackson has a promising future, but Pennington would be a nice back-up plan. The Jets can then start Kellen Clemens, and possibly draft his back-up.
