Monster Hunter Freedom is pretty excellent for online play.

does not show online but they made an upgrade for it so it can be played online trust me it is great

metal of honor heroes 2 is the best online shooting game for the psp and is very addicting i have been into it for a since i got it

I think Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. I bought it while i was in Wales. I came home. It took me about 30 seconds to start playing online. I would recommend that game.
