Bach wrote exclusively music in the Baroque style, and is well known as arguably the most famous Baroque composer (and organist). His death in 1750 is in fact the widely accepted date for the changing of music from Baroque to Classical style, though it did not happen instantly, and many composers continues to write in a Baroque style.

You have to remember that the term Baroque wasn't used in Bach's day. He was just composing in the 17th century style that was popular in Germany, and very learned. When composers began composing diffferently after this period, then it was referred to as the Baroque. Like composers nowadays are composing in styles that suit them. We call them modern, but 1000 years from now, what will this time period be called?

Anyway, Bach mainly did use Baroque styles of composition, but he also wrote some pieces that had clear influences from the Medieval and Renaissance periods.

Yes, J.S. Bach (1685-1750) wrote music almost entirely in the polyphonic Baroque style, which he brought to unprecedented heights with masterpiece after masterpiece. He was largely conservative, and during the last decade or so of his life his music was generally considered to be rather "old-fashioned." Most musical historians date the ending of the Baroque with the year of his passing.

JSB mainly composed Baroque, but towards the end of his life he also did a bit of Rococo and Classical.
