Hi, I have never heard of labour pains in the groin and down to the knee cap, it could be sciatica. Don't worry you will know when labour start's Congratulations !!!!

No never had that happen but, you will know it's like a tightening feeling and then it will fade as fast as it happens and they can be timed and predictable and you will not be able to ignore the feeling it's the most pain ever had and each one gets just a tad bit more painful til it's un bearable.
