Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+ came out in Japan at the end of March of this year. There is still no official word on whether the game will come out internationally or just in Japan. I really hope it comes out in the USA because I have an interest in playing the game on its new critical mode. Again, neither Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+ or Kingdom Hearts 1 Final Mix have come out in the US, only in Japan currently.
Here are some links showing new things added to the final mixes, In addition to both of these games you will also need something called Swap Magic, definitely check into this before buying it. DON'T BUY THE GAME UNLESS YOU CAN PLAY IT!

It was, but they're releasing the Final Mix 2 in English this December along with Birth By Sleep. It will be available for Ps3. Can't wait

The first one originally was. Now it is in The Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD remix for PS3. It is actually pretty sweet.

Yes, in fact, all of the Final Mix games were released in Japan only. Kingdom Hearts 1.5, and now with 2.5 on the way, will make sure we get all of the Final Mix games we didn't get years ago!

Kingdom hearts + final mix was only released in Japan. Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories was only released in Japan as well. I hate how the Japanese only get the good stuff. But what can you do ......
