Imagine two astraunauts standing outside and opposite sides of a donut shaped spaceship what do you think they would see? I think they would see each other upside down, unless they would use a periscope.

Yes, if you could actually see that far. It would be similar to having a hole in you floor and the person below you would appear to be standing on the ceiling.

If you climb into the hole head-first, speeding up 10 metres a second for every second that passes, then you will emerge head-first the other side. Or maybe not; because as soon as you get past the centre, gravity will now be drawing you back towards the centre, slowing you down. And you already lost some energy to air resistance; so you might not even make it out the other side unless you have something to climb up.
If you stand with your back to the equator staring down into the hole, the top of your head will be towards the pole. Someone staring into the hole from the opposite end will see the top of your head towards the pole. It will be the opposite pole, but it won't actually look upside-down to them.

Imagine you are in a tunnel under the street and look through a manhole cover, or on the street looking into the manhole. It would be the same thing as drilling through to the other side (if that was possible).

technically, no, because to get to the other side of the earth, you are going to have to use a machine. it will drill down, but when you get to the other side of the earth, it will be drilling up. so then it will tip when it goes up, and be parked like a car. so when u get out, u will seem regular.

In theory, it would depend on which side of the hole both you and the other person were looking down into. If you're both looking from the South side into the hole, you'd both appear right-side up (same with North). If one was facing North while the other was facing South, you'd both appear upside-down to each other.
In reality, it's impossible, since you'd be too far away (8,000 miles) to see each other, and the core of the Earth is molten, which might obscure the view somewhat.
